Performance of Pakistan Cricket Team was far below the desired standards in its first match against England. There was a visible lack of will power and determination both while fielding and batting. However, it should be no surprise. Sports teams represent their countries. We, as a nation, invariably, place high hopes on these teams, forgetting as to how we are performing as a country in the comity of nations. We should be surprised if our teams do well and not when they don't.
